The weather was terrible but the car was clean. Only issue was someone blocked the exit so had to wait a bit to drive out. It was not quite charged to 100% (90) but no issue. I did trade my old car to another place as it was quite a bit better (10%)

The handbook for navigation entertainment and communication was not provided with the car, although its probably the bit most users will need. Indeed its existence was denied, though it is repeatedly referenced in the provided handbook.

MOT and seasonal check ok. Asked to look into aircon blowing cold only when set to 16.5C (lowest) or full heat 17C and above. I reported this at the previous visit and was told I wasn't using it properly - I've owned the car 8 years from new!

I hate having to phone a 'central' phone number rather than being able to phone the dealership direct, especially when the person answering pretends to be at the dealership. I had to ring three times and send an email to see if my car was ready. Poor

When my car was checked the technician mentioned suspension dropping slowly-no investigation made and now asking to pay £150 .A 2018 car should not encounter this problem so I believe that BMW should investigate and fix free as an act of goodwill
